Tom offers clients a proven track record and unique combination of strategic and creative expertise. He began his career as a speechwriter and communications consultant in New York City before being named the Director of Marketing & Communications for the 35,000 employee New York City District Council, the city’s largest employer.

Prior to starting Thinc he was EVP and Director of Marketing Services at an advertising agency serving regional and national clients in the healthcare, retail, financial services, business services and insurance sectors.

As a consultant he has created marketing and advertising solutions for clients including: Lucent Technologies, Onebanc, Dow Jones & Company/The Wall Street Journal, Allied Financial, KPMG–National Health Practice, The Catholic Health Association (CHA) of the United States, Levi Strauss Foundation, Ogilvie Security Advisors, Allied Technology Group, The AFL-CIO, The New York City United Way, Shell U.S.A Independent Retailers Co-op Marketing Program, The Prudential Foundation, and a range of other companies and not-for profit organizations.

Tom is a graduate of Seton Hall University and the University of Louvain, Belgium.
