Tom Ricciardone is an accomplished marketing, business communications and advertising professional with extensive experience on the agency and client side.

He has a demonstrated, track record of helping a wide range of companies and organizations define, create and execute results-driven marketing and advertising communications.

As a strategic and creative consultant Tom has conceived and created a wide range of marketing and advertising communications for companies and organizations including Levi Strauss Foundation, KPMG-National Health and Life Sciences Practice, The Catholic Health Association of the United States (comprising 500+ hospital and healthcare facilities), AFL-CIO, Lucent Technologies, Ogilvie Securities, Allied Technology Group, Rivercity Energy, The New York City United Way, Onebanc, The Wall Street Journal and the Shell U.S.A Co-op and Sports Marketing Program for Independent Shell branded Gasoline and Convenience store operators.

Tom began his marketing career in New York City where he was named Director of Marketing and Communications for New York City’s largest employer, responsible for all internal and external communications and media relations for the 35,000 employee NYC District Council.

In a position underwritten by The Prudential Insurance Company Foundation, he served as Director of Marketing and Development for a major national children’s health initiative, where he developed and directed the marketing and financing strategies designed to broaden the base of national funding across the private, corporate and public sectors.

He has also served as managing partner of Strategic Advancement, a marketing and communications consulting firm specializing in developing corporate sponsorships for the nonprofit sector.

Prior to starting Thinc Marketing Group he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing Services at an advertising agency serving clients in the healthcare, retail, financial, business services and insurance sectors.

Tom is a graduate of Seton Hall University, The University of Tours, France and The University of Louvain, Belgium.
